10 more days!

We find out if we're having a boy or girl in 10 days! That's less than two weeks away =D I can't WAIT!

I had a scare this weekend- I thought I was coming down with Pneumonia =( My chest was burning when I would breathe, I was coughing up a lung, sounded horrible, etc. I talked to my OBGYN today and expressed my concerns on shortness of breath on top of those symptoms. She said because of all the cold/flu infections that I've been fighting, a simple cold for me MAY lead me to get pneumonia  =( And advised me to avoid large crowds for a while longer. No church still =( Perhaps when the gang has all been feeling well we could chance seeing everyone sometime. I'm drinking a TON of water and taking vitamins in hopes to avoid pneumonia.

The baby's heart rate was great today =) I was concerned at first because the doc said 130 BPM, but it picked up to 142 moments after. She said a good range is 120-160, so I'm happy =) I've gained 2ibs finally! HA. Probably from not eating any raw veggies for two weeks and eating a lot of chicken broth with eggs.

Well there's my update =) Baby bump pics coming soon!

Crafty times!

Lillian LOVES to work with water colors! She made her first picture on February 27th. It turned out a bit dark (she liked the black because it showed up the best..) but it's beautiful =)  She did stained glass (plastic!) the next day and liked that, too. I'm trying to think of new and fun things to do with her. I feel bad doing the same things every day. (reading, building towers, etc.) it's FUN but I love to see her enjoy new things. There's nothing like putting such an exciting smile on your daughters face! Seriously- it's amazing. And addicting! She won't paint every day of the week, perhaps not even every week- hopefully she won't get bored!

Also! She is sleeping in a "big girl bed" =) It's her crib, but converted into a day bed. We've been quite successful! I don't know why we didn't try to do it sooner! Next challenge is potty training. We keep trying to wait for when Stephen can be home, too. Patience isn't my best quality these days with being sick and all =( Luckily she's a GREAT kid so not much patience is required of me =)
